Solution Approach
Led the product strategy for an intelligent document analytics platform that combined open-source Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology with a cloud-native, low-code analytics platform to automate document processing and business analysis.
The solution utilized configurable document templates to accurately identify and extract information from standardized financial documents. Extracted data was automatically ingested into a low-code analytics environment where configurable business rules, validation logic, and analytical workflows transformed raw document content into actionable business intelligence.
Prebuilt integration capabilities enabled processed information to be delivered directly into enterprise reporting systems, downstream applications, and regulatory reporting processes while maintaining complete traceability throughout the document lifecycle.
